Health is Wealth and Exercise Must for Everyone

Everyone should exercise because good health is money:

The most reliable and efficient strategy to guard against ageing, illness, disease, and early mortality is to exercise. Engaging in physical activity improves flexibility, boosts energy, helps control eating, and encourages improved posture.

According to a study, exercise improves memory for 24 hours.
The following day, those who exercised moderately to vigorously did better on memory tests.

We all know that exercise helps maintain physical strength as we age, but did you realise that it also improves cognitive function and lowers the risk of dementia?
People who are more physically active, whether through regular exercise movement or organised workouts, do better on cognitive tests soon after working out, according to research from both lab and real-world situations.
How long these cognitive balances remain, especially in older persons, is a subject that researchers have been attempting to answer for a long time.

Those who exercised moderately to vigorously, such as by running or cycling, did better on memory tests the next day, according to a study published in The Conversation under a Creative Commons license.
76 volunteers, ranging in age from 50 to 83, wore wrist activity monitors for eight days and nights while going about their regular lives.
The amount of time they spent being physically active or sedentary each day, as well as the intensity of their exercise, were measured by researchers using these trackers.

The study discovered that, independent of physical activity, obtaining more sleep—particularly slow-wave sleep—was associated with improved memory scores in addition to exercise.
Exercise has short-term effects on brain function that last anywhere from minutes to hours, in addition to its long-term cognitive benefits.
According to the study, this increase could last for up to 24 hours following physical activity.
Even minor gains can help people stay active for longer because some cognitive functions deteriorate with age.
